Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tailendar-branded mobile applications and the Tailendar website handle information. Individual applications are separate products and may offer different calendar subjects, preferences, and features. Website analytics and optional email signups are described separately and do not automatically apply to mobile apps.

Accounts and personal information

Tailendar's current calendar applications do not require or offer account creation, sign-in, or user profiles. They do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or personal photos to use the calendar experience. Ordinary technical connection information may be processed when content is requested, as described below.

Information stored on your device

Depending on the application and its features, Tailendar stores calendar preferences, settings, and saved Favorites locally on your device to remember your choices between sessions. Some applications offer content-category preferences; others do not. These locally saved choices are not used to create a Tailendar account and are not intended to be transmitted to Tailendar's content services. Device backups, restoration, and application removal may affect locally stored information according to your operating system's behavior.

Daily content delivery

Tailendar calendar applications retrieve approved daily photographic content over HTTPS from their respective Cloudflare-hosted content services. The complete daily photographic calendars are delivered remotely rather than bundled into application installations. Each application requests content associated with its own calendar.

As with ordinary internet requests, content-delivery servers and network infrastructure may process technical connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver content. This infrastructure processing is distinct from the preferences and Favorites stored locally by the applications. We do not promise that internet infrastructure operates without technical logs or make a specific claim here about those providers' retention periods.

Offline operation

A temporary loss of connectivity may prevent daily photographs from loading. Applications may display lightweight fallback imagery to maintain a usable experience. Approved captions and relevant navigation functions may remain available when the necessary information is already available on the device. Previously retrieved photographs may also remain available through temporary caching. The complete photographic calendar is not guaranteed to be available offline. When connectivity returns, the application can resume requesting remote photographs.

Favorites and sharing

Applications that offer Favorites save those selections locally on your device. Where sharing is offered, the feature opens your device's native sharing capabilities so you can choose another application or service. Content you choose to share may be handled according to the receiving application's privacy practices. Tailendar does not require a user account for Favorites or sharing.

Application analytics and advertising

Tailendar's current calendar applications do not include in-app advertising, advertising networks, or application usage analytics. They do not require user profiles or include third-party data-collection SDKs for advertising or analytics. This statement concerns the mobile applications, not website analytics or ordinary technical processing involved in content delivery.

Children's privacy in the applications

Tailendar's calendar applications do not require accounts or ask users, including children, to submit personal information to use their calendar features. Technical connection information may still be processed when remote content is requested, as explained above.

Website analytics

The Tailendar website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site and improve the website experience. Google Analytics may collect standard website usage and technical information, such as pages viewed, interactions with site features, approximate geographic information, device and browser information, and referring sources. This website analytics is separate from Tailendar mobile applications.

Information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices. We use this information to understand website traffic and engagement; we do not use the Tailendar website to ask Google Analytics to collect your name or email address.

Optional website email signups

The website offers an optional launch-notification form. Unlike the mobile applications, this form collects the email address you choose to submit. Signing up on the website does not create an account in a Tailendar mobile application.

For launch notifications, we use your email address to send launch announcements and related Tailendar product updates.

This form sends your email address to Brevo, our email signup and communications provider, for processing and storage. Website signup information is separate from preferences and Favorites stored locally by mobile applications.

You can unsubscribe from launch and product-update emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. To request removal of your website signup information, contact support@tailendar.com using the email address you signed up with.
